With Gratitude
Life is about learning, awakening, and growing into oneself. I am filled with gratitude for many persons: my parents, my husband Bruce Gardiner, my siblings, our children, relatives, and friends. I am especially thankful for the years spent studying deeply with Michio and Aveline Kushi, OhShinnah Fast Wolf, Dolores Krieger and Dora Kunz. I have been additionally blessed by all those who have crossed my path in community, gracing me with their presence.
I am grateful to my therapeutic music colleague and friend, Mona Peck, for all the wonderful years working together on the MHTP Board and exploring Hildegard's music; to Therese Shroeder-Sheker, for her generosity and skillfulness in initially showing me the way of therapeutic musicianship; Fabien Maman for his holistic and beautiful approach to sound healing; to Lorraine Wolf-Nelson, for helping me develop musically; to Robin Williamson, Iarla Ó Lionáird and the singers of the Déise Gaeltacht for inspiring my singing with their own extraordinary singing; my Irish teacher, Traolach Ó Riordáin; and to my dear anamchara, Fionntulach.
